As an independent consultant I provide mainly following services:

System Analysis
Once I understand client’s needs and requirements I can quickly design software solution to support business processes. I always try to find the best solution but also consider personal, time and cost constraints. I quickly orient in different organization structures, understand complex IT systems and establish professional connections with internal team members to provide best solutions.

Project management
Although I specialize mainly on system analysis I have deep experiences as project manager from several projects. For my customers I can prepare budget, time plan, organize and lead project team for IT projects.

Testing
Depending on organization and project team structure I often participate in testing. I am capable to prepare test scripts, test systems but also to perform tests – or part of them – by myself.

Training
I usually co-operate on preparation and performance of training for projects I do system analysis.
